Sure, they both debuted less than a week from each other and take their cues from fairy tales, but while Once Upon a Time is aimed at the family-centric crowd looking for a dash darkness to the Disney spin on the legends, Grimm is custom-made for an older audience. Thus, it would be more appropriate to compare it to one of the shows it’s facing head-on on the Friday night at 9pm Eastern timeslot: The CW’s Supernatural.

  1. Chuck was hilarious and Grimm was good, but I thought OnceUponATime is better. Grimm is like a cop show that involves fairy tales.

I like Grimm it takes a different spin to the everyday detective shows that seem to be popular right now. It adds more to think about in an anything is possible world. If you enjoy supernatural and want something a little less dark that wont give you nightmares as you sleep at night (as supernatural does for me. I can only watch supernatural during the day when the sun is out and someone is home with me) then you’ll really enjoy Grimm.

Agree it is a Rip-Off of supernatural with much less talented crew
